How do I contact customer services?

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can call our store on +44 (0)113 2349200 and we will do our best to fulfil your order.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving it. All UK orders are sent out via Royal Mail. This is usually a very quick service and most orders tend to be delivered within 24-48 hours, however on rare occasions delivery may take a little longer. If you believe there may be a problem with your delivery feel free to contact our customer services team who will be happy to help.

International orders are also shipped within 24 hours, using Fedex Priority Shipping, and take between 2 and 7 working days to be delivered depending on where in the world your country is located.

How will I know Nicholas Deakins has received my order?

We will send you an email to confirm when your order has been completed and dispatched.

How much does Nicholas Deakins charge for shipping?

All UK orders are charged at a fixed rate of £5. For international orders please refer to our Shipping section.

How often do you re stock sold out items?

Normally withing the same month, depending on time of season.

Why is my size always sold out?

Popular size’s like 8’s and 9’s sell out quickly as do size 6 and 12. We do aim to get these sold out size’s back in stock asap

Are the product measurements you’ve listed correct?
