Customers now ordering from outside the United Kingdom will receive a VAT reduction on their order.

The VAT is automatically deducted from your product price, when at the ‘Checkout’ stage, after you have selected your delivery country outside of the European Union and confirmed your delivery details.

Where purchases are offered on a “VAT-free” basis, the prices of qualifying items will be reduced by the equivalent of VAT. At the current VAT rate of 20% this equates to a discount of 16.67%.

Supplementary charges such as delivery or postage & packing shall not be discounted.

With new customers you maybe asked to provide additional information, as part of our company policy, we regularly carry out security checks on orders to protect both our customers and our business. All information given to us is kept strictly confidential and will be disposed of once your order has been dispatched in line with data protection procedures.

Nicholas Deakins Price Match Guarantee

We can only price match Nicholas Deakins products bought from an approved Nicholas Deakins online stockist. Products are exempt from this guarantee when sold online by stockists that have not been approved by Nicholas Deakins; for example auction sites or stockists that are not on our official list of retailers.

The Nicholas Deakins Price Match Guarantee will no longer apply if for any reason we are unsure about the authenticity of the item or are unable to verify that an item is a genuine Nicholas Deakins product.

If submitting your claim by email we will require the link to an active website page to enable us to price match the product.
The price match guarantee only applies to full price items inclusive of sales tax, and excludes seasonal reductions and/or any special promotions. Products must be the exact style, material, colour and size.

The price of shipping will not be taken into consideration when price matching products. Our online prices include VAT but exclude delivery charges and any other services.

At no point will products be price matched from high street or ‘bricks and mortar’ retailers. This guarantee applies exclusively to online shops.
We reserve the right to withdraw this guarantee at anytime. Nicholas Deakins Price Match Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
